Is my families’ data safe?
Yes. Every school’s data is isolated at the database level, hosted in the EU, never sold, and never used to train AI. We keep an append-only audit trail and you can export or delete data on request. POPIA by design.
What does it cost parents?
Nothing. The parent app is free for every family. Schools pay a simple monthly subscription; a small transaction fee applies only to fees collected through Kidnett.
How long is the free trial?
Three months, no card required. Bring your real fees and families and put Kidnett through its paces before you pay a cent.
Do you replace my accountant or Xero?
No. Kidnett handles fees, statements and collection, and integrates rather than replacing your accounting. We’re billing-first, not a full accounting suite.
Can parents pay by debit order or PayShap?
Yes. On Growth and up, parents can pay in a tap via debit order, PayShap or card, with gentle, well-timed reminders.
